4.1 PROMOTER'S PRESENTATION

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION

This is a new association and it has as an official name, Centro Camionero Maba S.A. de C.V. which has been constituted under the public document No. 3411, book 1, volume XX1V, in Monterrey Nvo. Leon. on September 28, 1993, before the notary Lic. Rodolfo Vega de Leon, Public notary No. 80 in that district.

The society's address is located in Escalon in the district Jimenez, Chih.

The main purpose of the business will be the direct sale to consumers of gasoline, diesel, oil, grease, and lubricant for internal combustion vehicles.

This will be done through the construction of a service station next to the highway No 49, in the town Escalon, Chih.

Given the importance of the traffic of cargo transportation vehicles that circulate in the area, the statios will be mainly oriented to the attention of such sector, for which the installations will be diesign with wide access, moving and restin areas, as well as with an adecuate number of pumps to serve rapidly and efficiently.

 

EVOLUTION AND PRINCIPAL ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE COMPANY

Among the most important achievements of the marketing society is having obtained the authorization from Pemex to build and operate under the Pemex franchise regime. The service station typical kind to be located on the highway 49 Jimenez-Zavalza-Torreon, lote 113, 114 and 115 in Escalon, district of Jimenez, Chih., according to the permission conceded by Pemex-Refinacion with the next data:

Centro Camionero Maba, while working under the Pemex franchise regime will be subject to respect the imposed specifications by this last one mentioned. 4.4 TRAINING PLANS AND PROGRAMS

The training for the adequeate use of the equipment will be provided by their providers.

There will be constant counseling from Pemex about operational and organizational matters for the new service station.

We will require institutions like Canacintra and Cimo for support for the organization of coursed focused especially on optimizing the service for the client.

4.6 MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES

The strategy to follow in Centro Camionero Maba will consist in directing the attention to the cargo transportation customers, for the driver as well as for the company, offering additional advantages to the ones of our competidors. The location in Escalon, will let the truck driver the choice of several services in one place, with the option of staying overnight or stopping to rest in a place not very populated, quiet and without transit problems. Negociations will be carried out will transportation lines to make agreements that permit a safer operation for the drivers and companies.
